BIXBY, Okla. (KTUL) — “36 seconds has never felt so long, that's the length of the video of a 13-year-old girl getting attacked on the playground at Bixby Middle School, a video which has since gone viral.” In the video, it appears that at least two male staff members fail to intervene, as two female students viscously beat another female student, including dragging her by the hair and kicking her while she is already on the ground. The mother of the victim says that she had reported previous bullying incidents to the school, but these reports had not been acted on.”
