Panama, Oklahoma high school teacher charged with rape of student

PANAMA, Ok. — A Panama High School “teacher has been charged with rape and forcible sodomy of a student.”

Ryan England, 28, was arrested July 8 after an investigation spanning several months, according to an arrest affidavit.

“England had performed sexual acts with a female student multiple times, and had exchanged inappropriate pictures with the student through a social media application, the document stated.”

“He had performed these acts on the school premises and other locations, such as a cattle trailer, according to the affidavit.”

“Police say England has denied the allegations.”

Ryan Blaine England was convicted of Second Degree Rape in the Le Flore, Oklahoma District Court and sentenced to a 5year, 1 day suspended sentence on August 8th, 2017 (Case number 2016-339). According to public records Ryan England was not required to register as a sex offender.
