Winner of the Content2020 award for Best Video Podcast in the Homeschooling category, the Schoolhouse Rocked Podcast brings encouragement and resources from the top home education experts in the nation to homeschooling families around the world. The show allows listeners to grow with the hosts as they learn from today’s home education leaders – speakers, authors, activists, and curriculum publishers. Their conversations build listeners up and give important resources to help them train their children for eternal success – from preschool to graduation – to start strong and finish well!
The show’s 6th season starts Monday, January 2nd. Since its launch in 2018, more than 500 episodes have been published and the show has enjoyed more than 1.25 million total downloads and video views. The show consistenly maintains top chart positions, glowing reviews, and steady audience growth, breaking 57,000 audio downloads in June.
Our audience consists of mainly Christian homeschooling moms (and those considering home education), between the ages of 30 and 45.
MEET THE HOSTS
Yvette Hampton is a homeschool mom through and through, but it wasn’t supposed to be this way. Like so many other homeschoolers, Yvette and her husband, Garritt, said they would NEVER homeschool their kids, but God had other plans. Yvette is the producer and host of the feature-length documentary, Schoolhouse Rocked: The Homeschool Revolution, directed by her husband, Garritt Hampton. As a mom who is concerned for the future of this generation and the future of our country, Yvette has a deep passion to see a culture shift by encouraging people through the truth of God’s Word. Her greatest joy in life is being a wife and mom!
Aby Rinella is homeschool mom to 3, writer, speaker and is on the board of Homeschool Idaho. She writes and speaks to encourage and inspire women to live the life they were designed to live, to train up their children in God’s Word, and to stand on truth in a culture that has lost its foundation. Aby and her husband, Jesse, love the outdoors and speak and write on the benefits of pointing children to their Creator by spending time in His creation. Aby is a featured speaker for the Homegrown Generation Family Expo.
